‘Tis the season for Christmas lunches … drinks after work … snacks in the office … so, yeah, dinner just isn’t going to happen every night.  A couple of my favorite fall-backs are BFD (breakfast for dinner) jazzed up potatoes and mushrooms or just a simple sauteed fish in a roll with a squeeze of lemon and tartar sauce.

  • Sunday:  White bean soup and ham sandwiches
  • Monday:  Bacon and eggs with potato & mushroom hash
  • Tuesday:  Leftovers
  • Wednesday:  Chinese Chicken Pie
  • Thursday:  Tilapia in a roll
  • Friday:  Jerk chicken with black beans and rice
