A week without a class on Thursday – it’s kinda freaking me out!  I’m trying my first recipe from Nigella’s “Kitchen” cookbook, so we’ll see how it turns out.  Otherwise, all my new dishes are front-loaded into tonight through Tuesday – will let you know how they turn out!

  • Sunday:  Roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese sammiches
  • Monday:  Soy Glazed Pollock with bok choy and rice
  • Tuesday:  Chicken with Greek Herb Sauce
  • Wednesday:  Spaghetti Bolognese
  • Thursday:  Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy
  • Friday:  BFD!!!  (Breakfast for Dinner)
